Please read through the following information prior ordering a commissioned portrait of your pet.
PHOTOS
Elena likes to borrow at least 3-4 photographs (all returned)
to help her capture the personality of the animal.
Elena needs one good, clear photograph showing the most important part
- eyes.
You can point the specific photo you want to be the major for the
painting.
Also indicate any particular aspects you would like included -
or avoided or leave it to Elena to choose the best position and angle.
TIMESCALE
Elena's timescale is unpredictible, so she
encourages early ordering to avoid disappointment. It usually takes
around 2-3 weeks to complete the process (including shipping from Belarus).

Commissioned pet portraits vary in price according to size and complexity.
The following prices are just an estimate and may vary according to the complexity of
the portrait.

PROCESS
When Elena has completed the portrait she'll send you a digital copy via email.
You will then have the opportunity to accept the painting. After that Elena will
send her agent a completed painting. Her agent will contact you as soon as she gets
it in the USA. You will pay the balance due and your painting will be send to you.
PAYMENT
You will detect deposit amount yourself, but it shouldn't be less than 25%.
