Еlena Arnaut was born July 25th, 1967. She was crazy about horses since her childhood. But she wasn't able to communicate with them and was looking for some information about these wonderful animals in books and moovies. She's got her own collection of horses: stamps, post cards, calendars with horse images, articles and books about horses. She felt the most happy human being in the world at 15 because she got the opportunity to ride horses, look after them and talk to them. She graduated from Moscow Veterinary Academy in 1992. Finally, her dream about living in a country came true. She was training students who wanted to ride horses, was riding by herself a lot - several hours per day.
Soon she's got her own horses.

Elena divorced her husband recently. She has 2 kids to take care of. It was very difficult period of her life. But horses helped her to survive. She started to draw them - the animals of her dreams, her devoted friends. Elena is completely self-taught. She so desired to see alive, real horse in her art works.

Elena's portraits of animals became very popular in Belarus, Russia. Since 1999 she participates in the group and personal exhibitions in Belarus and abroad. Her art works are in a museums and private collections of USA, United Kingdom, Poland, Turkey.

"My very special joy of animalistic, - says Elena, - to realize that through years after buying my work, people still feel grateful. And I am happy because I can bring happiness to other people!".
